The ARGUS Operational Excellence Program (OEP) was developed in response to an expressed interest from IS-BAO Stage 3 registered flight departments that wished to further develop and enhance their management processes based upon collaboration with industry peers. The OEP is designed to facilitate the collection and sharing of de-identified information amongst its participants.
As an active participant, your Corporate Flight Department will receive periodic, updated benchmarking reports incorporating the findings from the data collected from new participants. All information collected is confidential and de-identified.

Participating flight departments will have the opportunity to meet twice a year during round table sessions with all program participants.
