The support Program is there to ensure an effective knowledge base is maintained in the event the safety officer position changes hands within the operator’s (company) organization. This Program combined with the PRISM SMS software platform and SMS Training ensures the company builds a functional SMS and a safety culture that is effective and mitigates risk to the operation.

The ARGUS Safety Officer Support Program can help your Safety Officer fulfill the following tasks:
Provide a Quarterly PRISM SMS Tools Review.
Provide detailed expert SMS guidance and assistance in all processes related to SMS effectiveness including:
Safety Policy and Procedures
Safety Risk Management
Safety Assurance
Safety Promotion
Participate in safety committee meetings as desired.
Support the safety management team in processing, reviewing, investigating, and closing hazard / safety reports.
Assist senior management and the Accountable Executive in establishing the annual Safety Objectives.
Assist in establishing and tracking Safety Performance Targets and Indicators (SPTs and SPIs) for the year.
Assist in identifying trends from data in PRISM SMS and processing risks associated with change management
